SETTLEMENT REACHED IN MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR WRONGFUL DEATH COURIER LAWSUIT

Forrest B. Johnson, along with attorneys Stanford N. Klinger and Renee Y. Little reached a confidential settlement in a wrongful death case against a private global courier delivery services company whose driver struck a five-year old pedestrian causing fatal injury.

The lawsuit alleged among other things, that the courier driver was negligent in failing to keep a proper lookout and that this negligence caused him to strike the five-year old while making a right turn.  After more than a year of litigation, our attorneys were able to obtain a settlement for the parents of the five-year old victim.
