On January 1, 2014, 31-year-old man was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on South Cobb Drive in Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia. The driver of the vehicle appears to have lost control causing the vehicle to overturn in an embankment. The 31-year-old was ejected from the vehicle and died as a result of his injuries.

On December 18, 2013 a Georgian man was a passenger in a Ford F-150 traveling on Interstate 74 when the left rear tire suffered a blow-out causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle when it began to flip. The Georgian man was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the investigation performed by the Georgia State Patrol, the Georgian was riding his bicycle on Monday, August 12, 2013 northbound Aikenton Road when he was struck by a Dodge Ram pick-up truck driven.

Forrest B. Johnson & Associate s is representing the family of 25 year-old pedestrian victim. On September 24, 2013, the victim was struck and killed by a vehicle while walking home from work on Gray Highway. The vehicle that struck the pedestrian was a 2006 Dodge Stratus.
