A pedestrian was struck and killed while walking along a rural unlit highway. The offending driver blamed the pedestrian for wearing dark clothing. Our firm investigated the case and demonstrated that the offending driver was inattentive and traveling too fast on the roadway. A WARNER ROBBINS MAN KILLED IN TRUCKING ACCIDENT
A Warner Robins veteran was driving his car on a main road in Macon, Georgia. At that same time a, tractor-trailer was exciting a private drive-way and pulled into his path causing a fatal collision. The Warner Robins man died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
Michael Thorpe was operating his pickup truck eastbound on Interstate 16 on December 3, 2013. At the same time, a log truck operated on behalf of Kenswood Farm Services, LLC was traveling eastbound. The log truck pulled into the path of another oncoming vehicle causing it to collide with a guardrail and then strike Mr. Thorpe’s pickup truck. This collision caused Mr. Thorpe’s pick-up to flip several times, ejecting him from his vehicle. Mr. Thorpe sustained fatal injuries as a result of this accident.
