In October of 2012, Reedis Walker underwent bilateral total knee arthroplasty. During the procedure, the surgeon placed the femoral implant for the right knee into Ms. Walker’s left knee.
This surgical error required further surgery to remove the negligently placed femoral implant which caused further physical damage to Ms. Walker’s left knee leaving her with severe and permanent injury.
