Fatality in I-16 Log Truck Accident

On December 3, 2013, a log truck changing lanes on the eastbound side of Interstate 16 caused a chain reaction collision that led to the injury and death of a Georgian man. The log truck, operating for Kenswood Farm Services, LLC pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing it to collide with a guardrail and then the victim’s pick-up truck. This collision caused the pick-up to flip several times, ejecting the victim from his vehicle.

Eyewitness statements show that the log truck failed to maintain his lane of travel, pulled into the pathway of oncoming vehicles and negligently operated his vehicle resulting in the injury and death of the victim. Forrest B. Johnson and Associates is zealously representing his family with regard to its claim against the log company, its driver, and all other responsible parties.
