Forrest B. Johnson & Associates Represents The Family of Pedestrian Killed By Sweeper Truck
On April 29, 2013, 22 year-old Kenyotta LaShay Jones was struck and killed on Eisenhower Parkway by a street sweeper negligently operated by James Matthew Brown. Evidence shows that Mr. Brown failed to maintain a proper lookout while operating his street sweeper.
The evidence further shows that Mr. Brown’s vehicle did not have proper lighting and was otherwise unsafe for roadway travel.
Kenyotta was the mother of a five-year old son. Her family is struggling to cope with this terrible loss. Forrest B. Johnson & Associates is working to bring swift recovery and closure for Kenyotta’s family as a result of this tragic accident.
