On April 25, 2013, a Fulton County Family filed a $5 million lawsuit against John Harmon and his employer, Ruan Logistics Corp. Suit was filed in the State Court of Fulton County. In January of 2013, the victim, 78, of Devonwood Drive, was traveling South on Pio Nono Avenue. Suddenly and without warning, a flatbed truck - hauling long, metal beams, pulled into his path.

On February 26, 2013, Whitney Johnson was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on State Road 129 when another vehicle negligently intersected the roadway causing a horrific rollover collision.  Tragically, Whitney died on February 27, 2013 as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.  Whitney will be dearly missed by her three young children, parents, siblings and friends.

Jhane Edwards of Lawrenceville was killed in a rollover accident that occurred on July 31, 2011 on Georgia 401 in Monroe County. As a result of a flat-tire, the vehicle in which 58 year-old Jhane was traveling as a passenger, overturned several times causing his ejection from the vehicle and fatal injury.
