Committed to aggressive and effective legal representation, Jason Sheffield is licensed to practice in all State of Georgia trial courts and the Northern District of Georgia and Middle District of Georgia federal trial courts. Additionally, Jason has an extensive appellate practice and is admitted in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Jason earned an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Pre-Medicine from Clemson University and a law degree from Georgia State University’s College of Law. Prior to law school, however, Jason worked as an emergency medical technician in a local Atlanta emergency department where he gained extensive medical knowledge to provide superior legal representation in medical malpractice, wrongful death, premise liability, and simple negligence cases.
